 Hello Everyone, We cordially invite you with family & friends to attend our Spring Picnic at East Branch Park, San Ramon on Saturday, Sept 4th at 3:30 PM​

What to Bring (Required): 
​Snacks /Eatables to Share
- All are required to bring something

The intent is to meetup with everyone (after a long itme) in an informal environment and share something to eat. Bring any other items that would typically bring to an open picnic - like chairs, frisbees, kites, napkins/spoons, tents, etc, as needed.

Once again, this is a FREE event and we are NOT catering any food. Please do bring snack/eatables that you would like to share to share with others.

Picnic Chairs/mats: For comfortable seating, please bring any foldable chairs/mats for your family.

  2. Lemon & Spoon Race
  3. Tug o' War
  4. Kite flying
  5. Soccer
  6. Networking
  7. Other activities (for e.g. a little hiking in the trail)​

**Important: (To avoid any Covid spread)
1. Please join only if you are fully vaccinated (Not applicable to kids below 12 years)
2. Please avoid bringing anyone who has arrived in US in the last 14 days, from a foreign country
3. Optionally, please bring /wear masks etc. as needed
4. If you have any covid-like symptoms, fever etc, please do not attend
