Please submit the details of your planned stage performances as soon as possible. We often see people mis-spelling their email / Phone #. Please review the information in the fields and read the Guidelines below, before submission. All requested information MUST be submitted. You will receive confirmation after submission via EMAIL, when the item is added to the agenda.

Guidelines For SanGaMa Onam Program
General:
Kindly note that program submission does not automatically guarantee program inclusion in the agenda. We reserve the right to select, request changes and assign suitable time slots to ensure program quality/cohesion.
Time Limit:
Suggested time limits for group/solo performances are 6 min/3 min respectively. Group performances are preferred.
Shorter performances will be given preference. We do not want any one performance to hog the stage time.
Posting in SanGaMa Facebook & Web pages:
We encourage you to stage events which have NO posting restrictions in SanGaMa Facebook/Web page. If such restrictions exist, please let us know in advance (and not after the program). In general, such events will be de-prioritized over other submissions.
Suitability Of Stage Events To the Onam Function
We request everyone to stage performances with variety and which are interesting to an average audience. If you have questions / have doubts about your planned stage event's suitability, kindly send a note to [email protected] or give a call to 925-264-9148 and we can chat.
