Guidelines For SanGaMa ProgramsGeneral:
Kindly note that program submission does not automatically guarantee program inclusion in the agenda. We reserve the right to select, request changes and assign suitable time slots to ensure program quality/cohesion. We encourage all artists to submit cultural performances which align and enhance the quality of our events. Group Events preferred: To allow greater participation, group events are generally preferred over solo events. Inclusion of solo performances in the agenda would be subject to time availability. For all group events, group participant names MUST be provided. Changes are allowed but should be notified to us. For example, stating that a program is with 6 kids, but stage the program with 8 kids, is totally unacceptable. Time Limit: Suggested time limits for group/solo performances are 6 min/3 min respectively Posting in SanGaMa Facebook & Web pages: We encourage you to stage events which have NO posting restrictions in SanGaMa Facebook/Web page. If such restrictions exist, please let us know in advance (and not after the program). In general, such events will be de-prioritized over other submissions. Suitability Of Stage Events To the Christmas-New Year Function Not all stage events are suitable for Christmas - New Year function! Please be mindful of the same. We encourage everyone to submit events which are appropriate to this event.
