2023 Vishu Program Submission

Please submit the details of your planned performances as soon as possible. Please read the Guidelines below before your submission. Times given below are approximate.

Guidelines For SanGaMa Vishu Online Event Submission
Kindly note that program submission does not automatically guarantee program inclusion in the agenda. We reserve the right to select, request changes and assign suitable time slots to ensure program quality/cohesion. Group performances preferred.
We encourage everyone to volunteer for the event. Click here if you consider Volunteering!
Accurate Participant Numbers:
Participant numbers for performances must be accurate.. If you have changes at the last minute, please let us know.
The participants must purchase tickets for the submitted item to be added to the agenda.
Suggested time limits for group/solo performances are 6 min/3 min respectively. Shorter performances will be given preference.
Posting in SanGaMa Facebook & Web pages:
We encourage you to stage events which have NO posting restrictions in SanGaMa Facebook/Web page. If such restrictions exist, please let us know in advance (and not after the program). In general, such events will be de-prioritized over other submissions.
Focus on Diverse/Unique Cultural Performances
We encourage everyone to submit unique /diverse performances instead of sticking to only classical performances. If you have questions / have doubts about your planned item's suitability, kindly send a note to firstname.lastname@example.org or give a call to
