Sangama Ona-Sadya : Lay out of dishes in Ela
Many of us are confused regarding the "designated spots" for various Ona-Sadya items in the Ela (Plantain leaf). Our good friend Rakhesh created the above graphic which will address exactly this problem!
These positions identified for various dishes are apparently from a respected ancient text book, which is out of print now :) With the help of this, we were able to serve the Sadya (feast) with text-book precision and even Grandmas couldn't find fault with it!
